jtag test station

The FA Lab has recently acquired software for a new JTAG Test Station which allows engineers to conduct boundary scan testing.

This helps to determine whether electronic parts are connected and programmed correctly. The system is unique in that it is capable of reporting on the location of failure sites down to the gate level.
