Name: Dennis Funaiole

Position: Senior Parts Interface Engineer, Project Support Group (5143).

Background: Dennis has extensive experience in electrical component engineering. He has most recently worked as a Program Component Engineer for all of Northrop Grumman Space Systems. He has supported programs of Deep Impact, Messenger, A2100, CIMU, AFT, SPIRU, Hershel, Loral and many others. Dennis’ duties were to support the Space Program Managers and their customers with CDRL items such as Parts Lists, NSPAR(s) and presentations. Other duties included reviewing parts lists, DPA Reports, data reviews and interfacing with Design Engineering, Component Specialists, Manufacturing and Purchasing to resolve part problems. His work at JPL will be on the Mars Science Laboratory Avionics Systems.
