Name: Wendy Snyder

Position: Risk Manager, Section 514. Wendy holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and has 17 years of JPL work experience.  Over the past fifteen years, she has supported a wide range of projects/proposals, including Cassini, DS1, DS2, Stardust, SRTM, MIRO, Genesis, OSTM, POSSE, ECOSAT, Kepler, Phoenix, and SPITZER.   She worked in 5X for 10 years, including Quality Assurance and Mission Assurance.  She was acting Mission Assurance Manager for MIRO, where she set up and implemented a Risk Management Plan within resource constraints.  Later, Wendy was the Planning and Control Manager for Genesis where she oversaw the business office activities. Since 1999, Wendy has been in the Project Planning group working on proposals and writing project implementation plans, risk management plans, and creating project schedules for various projects.
