Katherine Whittington from 5141 – Parts Engineering and Carlos Abesamis from 5127 – Procurement Quality Assurance taught JPL’s Counterfeit Parts Awareness training (CPAT) class at NASA KSC in conjunction with the Quality Leadership Forum (QLF). This training familiarizes personnel with the Counterfeit Parts issue, and provides specific instruction in recognition and inspection techniques.
